If you have every played Diablo 2 or Diablo 3, then you will also notice that the Rouge has a lot of Amazon and Demon Hunter aspects as well. The Rouge is a Class that actually gets better over time because you can unlock Shadow Realm, Exploit Weakness, and Combo Points that will make this Class better further down the line. The Rouge is also very speedy so you can really make your enemies dizzy. Similarly to the Barbarian, the Rouge Class can change between melee weapons and ranged weapons to whatever best suits a specific combat. The Rouge Class specializes with their mixed melee and ranged attacks making them a very tough class for enemies to deal with. If you like to play Diablo a bit more on the stealthy side, this is the perfect Class for your playstyle. The Rouge is your stealth class in Diablo 4 and is making a return to the franchise. Something that the Barbarian Class is not good at doing. If used correctly, you can deal large amounts of damage to big crowds. It is very high risk, but a high reward type of Class. Using this Class can be a bit risky however, because you will have the lowest starting health of any other Class. The Sorceress is great to do damage to a large group of enemies because of their spellcasting abilities. Instead, you will be able to get passive bonuses from doing this. You can place a skill into one of your seven Enchantment Slots that you are given, but you will no longer be able to use that skill. The Sorceress uses a mechanic called the Enchantment System, which changes how your skills work. These Spells come in the form of Fire, Cold, and Lightning elements. Instead of focusing on pure melee damage, the Sorceress focuses on doing their damage via Spells. The Sorceress Class is a complete 180 from the Barbarian Class.
